#EndSARS protesters have shut down activities at the Benue State Government House. They are calling for an end to police brutality, bad governance, unemployment, insecurity, among other demands in the country.
Mr. Peter Msughter, the leader of the protesters, spoke to the State Governor Samuel Ortom on behalf of the youths. He said he is concerned about the future of the Nigerian youth and that was why they were demanding for measures to be put in place to ensure their safety.
The governor in his response commended the peaceful conduct of the protest.
Ortom also admitted that Nigeria as a nation needs restructuring and the Federal Government should address the grievances listed by the youths.
