At the beginning of the season, questions were ask if liverpool will be able challenge for the premier league title and defend the champions league given their un-involvement in the last summer transfer window.  Liverpool were the only premier league club not to sign in players from the summer transfer window despite being link to some World class players. Instead Jurgen klopp decided to keep faith with his champions league winning team.  klopp said, when ask why he refused to sign  new players ! He said that signing new players will not guarantee a win in all the premier league matches or won’t mean that you won’t draw against Burnley or any other team in the premier league, he added by saying that he has a fantastic team and he needs to work with the team he has got.  A lot of fans were disappointed on this comment, and some even claim that liverpool will not be able to challenge for the title as they failed to add back up to their team.  But fast forward to today, with no new signings coming in , liverpool are the only unbeaten team in the league and on the course of ending   their wait for their first  ever premier league title in 30 years.
