The authorities of Federal Polytechnic, Ukana have invited suitably qualified candidates for admission into ND Computer Science and ND Statistics in the School of Applied Science for the 2019/2020 academic year.

According to the statement, interested candidates must have scored a minimum of 130 in the 2019/2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Candidates seeking admission into ND Computer Science must have Five credit level passes in the SSCE, NECO, GCE O’ Level or its equivalent.

The subjects must include Mathematics and English Language and any other three of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Further

Mathematics, Statistics, Agricultural science, Geography and Biology.

Similarly, candidates for ND Statistics must have Five credit level passes in the SSCE, NECO, GCE O’Level or its equivalent.

The subjects must include Mathematics and English Language and any other three of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Further Mathematics, Statistics, Agricultural science, Geography and Biology.

The statement enjoins qualified candidates to summit photocopies of the 2019/2020 JAMB results and SSCE, NECO, GCE or

equivalent as well as current phone number to the Admission Unit of the Polytechnic. Candidates are strongly advised not to register online as registration is done in the Polytechnic Campus only. Candidates are expected to generate Remita number at the Bursary Department of the Polytechnic and proceed to either First Bank or UBA to pay the screening fee of two thousand naira (N2,000 )only.

Meanwhile, screening of candidates is billed for Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th September, 2019 at 10:00am in the School GNS hall.
